The all new ICS 680GC diamond chain saw is what ICS call "a whole different animal and a revolution in concrete chain saws". Based on the previous ICS 613GC, the first 12" petrol powered diamond chainsaw to hit the UK market back in the early 2000's. The new 680GC from ICS has undergone a whole internal redesign and features the new black "bad attitude" styling. The main redesigns of this saw have been with the carburetion and ignition systems making them work together in such a way that this saw starts easier, runs cooler and will give the operator an incredible performance that can be depended on at just about any elevation. This improved airflow not only keeps the ICS 680GC diamond chainsaw much cooler but it also extends the engines life. The 680GC is available with all specifications of genuine ICS twinmax diamond chain in either a 300mm 12" or a 350mm 14" bar/chain configuration giving the ability to cut 300mm 12" or 350mm 14" into materials such as brick, block or reinforced concrete structures. The standard package includes genuine ICS twinmax general purpose chain which will cut about anything from masonry to reinforced concrete but if you are to be cutting just bricks and blocks (soft to medium materials) or heavily reinforced concrete (hard materials) it is always worth getting the right chain for your application which will allow you to cut faster and get much better life out of your ICS diamond chains.
